Cancellation Policy

Please login to your account on our website by 16hours the day prior to your scheduled appointment and modify/reschedule your booking. To cancel a Monday appointment, please login your account by 2.00pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment.
